South of the Border

April 17, 2018

In March, I traveled south of the border to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to do some work with their tourism board! It was my first project of this nature, and it was a real treat.

We were able to explore many parts of this beautiful city and its surroundings. We tasted local foods and drinks on a "Bike and Bites" tour with Vallarta Food Tours, followed the incredible sailing teams of the annual MEXorc Regatta race, visited the quaint mountain town of San Sebastian del Oeste to taste local foods and drinks, and ended our time with a yacht tour to Los Arcos de Mismaloya for some snorkeling and fresh ceviche!

This place is an incredible place to visit if it's your first time visiting Mexico or if you're just tired of the other tourist destinations. Puerto Vallarta is an eclectic town with lots of history and culture. The food and views aren't too bad either. Here's some photos that I took while I was down there.
