Wild Alaskan Caught Whisky Glazed Salmon
Pendleton Whisky Glazed Salmon

      - 3 tbsp Brown Sugar - 3 tbsp Pendleton Whisky - 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Low-Sodium) - 1 tbsp Fresh Grated Peeled Ginger - 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice - 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced - 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper - 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets - 1/4 cup sliced green onions - 1 tbsp sesame seeds - Olive Oil or Avocado Oil

      Step 1: Combine everything but the sesame seeds, green onion and olive oil in a large zip-lock bag or mixing bowl. Add fish to bag; seal. Marinate in the refrigerator or cooler for at least 1.5 hours, turning occasionally. Step 2: Heat a well-seasoned cast iron or non-stick skillet over medium high heat with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add fish and marinade to pan; cook fish 4 minutes each side or until flakey and medium-rare. Drizzle each filet with leftover sauce in pan and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
